SILK SCREENING

Ink is printed directly onto the garment using the silk screen method.

It’s ideal for a variety of fabrics, at a low cost.

Suitable for large applications at a low cost with a large impact.

HEAT TRANSFER

Artwork is printed onto vinyl media.

The transfers are then applied to fabrics at a set temperature, pressure and time on a heat press.

 

Advantages

Can be applied with high detail. Ideal for waterproof fabrics, and quick dry performance apparel.

Inks provide long lasting durability.

Applications

Recommended Products: Polos, Technical (quick dry) Outerwear, Softshells, Bags, Athletics

SUBLIMATION

This technique is similar to the heat transfer technique in that the design is printed onto a ‘special’ substrate and then applied to the fabric using a heat transfer press. The difference is the ink is sublimated (becomes part of ) into the fabric and does not sit on top of the fabric as a separate layer.

This technique can only be used on light coloured fabrics with a high polyester content.

Ideal for full colour all over designs. High durability as the design can never wash or peel off.

LASER ETCHING

Tone-on-tone decoration technique burns the top layer of the fabric to produce an etched contrast. This technique is ideal for etching extremely precise and intricate details into synthetic fabrics such as fleece and polyester.

Ideal for tone-on-tone design with intricate details. This can be applied over seams, zippers, plackets, etc. Long lasting durability to washing

Applications

APPLIQUE

This technique uses a combination of embroidery and a variety of optional materials such as: wool felt, acrylic felt, polyester twill, cotton twill, etc to create endless decoration choices.

Creates an ultra-premium look and feel.

Ideal for a premium, textured effect using multiple fabrics

Applications

Recommended Products: Fleece, Softshells, Bags

WOVEN LABELS

Woven labels are the primary component for a private label.

The design can include up to 12 thread colours, any size or shape.

A minimum order quantity will apply.

Private label indicates a custom garment specific to the company.

Recommended Products: Outerwear, Woven Shirts, Trousers, Skirts, formal casual wear.

PVC LABELS

PVC labels are moulded using a soft flexible plastic.

The design can be any shape and include multi-layers or a 3D effect upto

a maximum of 12 colours.

A minimum order quantity will apply. 

Advantages

PVC patches do not deteriorate and fine detail and colours are possible giving a upscale

decorating option.
